Dear Virginia and Family:
Please accept my sincerest sympathies. Bob attended a water rehabilitation program that I ran, for a time, at the Blenheim Pool. He was a delight and a pleasure to see every week. I think of him very often. I particularly enjoyed his humourous commentary about Virginia's "Imperial Order Daughters of the Empire" meetings and doings.
I'm sure he has left behind many wonderful memories for you to treasure.

I can thank Mr.Shanks for my licence 30years ago AND I still remember how nervous I was but he was awesome! (I can still hear his pen to paper on the clipboard)

I'm sure there is not one person in our age group that doesn't remember the day we took our drivers test and passed!
Over the years I would often hear him saying in my head, right turn, right turn please....left turn, left turn please and smile and think for such little time spent with him he had such an impact on me. I could only imagine the wonderful memories all of you will share.
With a memory I am honored to have and our sincere condolences, may you find peace and know in your heart he will be with you always...
