Heffernan, Jeremy William Passed away suddenly at his home on March 5, 2019 at the age of 29. Beloved son of Elaine Heffernan (Liz Phelan) and Mathew Heffernan. Loving brother of Joel (Ashleigh) Heffernan, Jordan Heffernan, Jessica (Joseph) Hall, Jacob (Fernando) Heffernan and Janessa Heffernan. Uncle of Peyton and Leah Brush, Jace, Jonathan, Jett Hall, Dontae, Mataya Dugas, Keira Geneau, Kaeden, Karson, Kolton Wolf. Cherished grandson of Judith and the late Harold Porter; Terry and Mike Heffernan. He will be missed by many foster brothers and sisters, and close friends.
