Obituary of Charles Earnest Langford

Peacefully passed on January 5^th, 2019 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital in his 94^th year. Beloved husband of Edith Langford (nee Brooks) for 68 special years. Loving father of John Langford (Marlene Fields), Max (Marjorie) Langford, Bruce (Darlene) Langford, George (Victoria) Langford, Tom (Jennifer) Langford, Donna Langford (Don Allensen), and Ruth (Paul) Wannamaker. Proud grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Seymour and Eva Langford and by his siblings Harry Langford and Marie Bolton. Charlie will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 7^th, 2019 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 8^th at 2:00p.m. with an hour of visitation prior at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Strathroy Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Auxiliary or the Kerwood-Bethesda United Church.
