Obituary of Victor Robert Muylaert

With family by his side; Victor Robert Muylaert of Strathroy peacefully passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Betty Muylaert (neé Gunness) for 50 years. Loving father of Michelle (Tim) Kettler, the late Robert “Robbie” (1972) and Tim (Heather) Muylaert. Cherished Grandpa of Jessica, Tyler (Kendra), Danielle and Jack. Survived by his siblings Frank (Peggy), John (Kim), Charlie and Diana. Vic will be missed by his brother-in-law William Gunness, Jim Ash (the late Diane) and sisters-in-law Janet Jordan and Vicky (Wayne) Langford. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Elva Muylaert, his siblings Brian Muylaert and Gayle Vanderbeeten and sister-in-law Nancy (Rudy) Poppe. Friends will be received on June 17, 2018 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY, where a memorial service will take place on Monday June 18 at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the London Regional Cancer Program or Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
