Thinking of all the fun times we had together - especially the day this photo was taken. Kathy and her daughters hosted a beautiful Good Bye Party for me before I moved to Victoria. I miss her so much already! With love and condolences to the family....Heather Erskine

Tenderly, may time heal you sorrow. Gently, may friends ease your pain. Softly, may peace replace heartaches. And may warmest memories remain. I have warm memories of teaching with Kate for many years at St. Josephs and of the neighbourhood where our family backyards were only a couple of houses apart. (Briarfield/Hagel).

To: Ruth, Nancy and Christine -- I believe I am a cousin about twice removed. I have been doing Ancestry research and know that your Dad - Jack Orrange - was the son of Bertha and Jack Orrange. Bertha was my grandmother's first cousin. Her name was Pearl Coleman Flanagan. My mother's name was: Anne Flanagan Tripp. I have a picture taken of the whole Mugan Family taken at the family farm in Alvinston. James Mugan was Bertha's grandfather.Bertha and Jack (Sr) are in the picture as is little George in Bertha's lap. I take this opportunity to say very sorry on the loss of your Mother. It is never easy to lose your Mom.
I also wanted to take this opportunity to connect with the Orranges if that is possible. If you do not want to connect I respect that decision.
Thank You
Joanne

Mrs. Orrange was my teacher at St. Peters School in Sarnia in 1968. She was strong, fair and caring as a teacher. Very kind to a newcomer to Sarnia and to Canada. Remember her discipline for us to learn and for the highest standards. To all the family , her legacy is the lives she impacted and changed like mine.

Dear Nancy and family
Your mother was a special inspiration to me. She was my favourite teacher in grade five, and then re-entered my life at the bridge club as a further and unexpected gift. She was kind and irreverent, wise and compassionate, generous to a fault, and always a teacher and spirited advocate for learning. I had the privilege of playing bridge with her during a mentor opportunity and I will never forget her wise and encouraging counsel. How blessed I feel to have had her presence in two different stages in my life. She will be dearly missed but always remembered with love. Your family are in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time.
With appreciation,
Sally McHenry
