Obituary of Ernest Morgan

Eight days away from his 80th birthday and after a short but courageous battle with cancer the family of Ernest Morgan announce his peaceful passing at his home surrounded by the love of his family on Sunday, September 11th, 2016. Survived by his loving wife of almost 56 years, Joyce (nee Langford). Special dad of Shirley (Brad) Brooks and son Allen. Ernest is also survived by his sister Betty Matthews and brother-in-law Paul Langford and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Elmer and Mae Morgan, sister Alfreda Lambert and brothers-in-law John Lambert and George Matthews. Friends will be received at Kerwood-Bethesda United Church, 27734 Clyde Street, Kerwood on Saturday, September 17th, 2016 from 12 p.m. until the time of the Celebration of Life at 1 p.m. with Rev. Cheryl Bolton and Rev. Grace Lee officiating. A reception will be held at the church following the service. Please note that the church is completely accessible. A Private Interment at a later time.
