Obituary of Gerald Delton Bender

Suddenly on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Gerald “Gerry” Delton Bender passed away at the age of 79. Loving husband of Frances Bender (nee Dennis) for 53 years. Beloved father of Heather (Richard) Rankin and Brian (Leslie) Bender. Dear grandfather of Simon, Jennifer, Noah and Emilie. Sadly missed by his sisters Inez Bender and Bernice (George) Fraser. Predeceased by his twin brother Harold (2000) and his sister Ruth Arnel (2006). Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY 519-245-1023 on Sunday, May 8th from 7-9 pm. Gerald’s family invite friends to join them for a Celebration of Life Luncheon to be held on Monday, May 9th at 12:00 pm at the funeral home chapel.
