Obituary of David Wayne Smith

Smith, David Wayne Peacefully passed away at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on April 3rd, 2016 at the age of 60. Predeceased by his parents William and Phyllis Smith and his brother James Smith. David is survived by his brother Gary Smith, daughters Kylie Kenny, Tabitha Smith, and Shelby Smith. Proud grandfather of Dryzen, Jesse Jr. and Jeremy. Lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles and cousins and close friends Angela Smith and Rob Taylor. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 8th, 2016 from 12 -1p.m with a memorial service to commence at 1p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation.
