Obituary of Maria Margarida Ferreira De Almeida Sousa

At home, surrounded by her loving family, on December 5th, 2015 Maria Margarida Sousa passed away at the age of 59, after a long journey battling cancer. Her suffering has ended. Loving wife of Joao Sousa for over 38 years. Proud mother of Mark and Nadia Sousa, Brenda and Trevor Sousa-Hinds, and Kevin and Jenn Sousa. She will be cherished and forever remembered by her grandchildren Christian, Alandra, Mariah, Reece, Remy, and Alexa. Maria is survived by her six brothers and 2 sisters, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends and family will be received at DENNING’s OF STRATHROY, 32 Metcalfe Street West, on Monday from 5-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Strathroy, on Tuesday at 11am. Interment to follow in All Saints Catholic Cemetery.
