My heartfelt condolences Carol & family. Mary & Bill were fantastic people & I was blessed to be their friend & neighbor, for many years in Corunna.
I always enjoyed gardening, but Mary & Bill really brought it to another level. I have a lot of good memories, literally "growing" around my house. Bill always insisted that I take a piece of this plant, or that plant. Well now, I have terrific gardens with what I call the "Abraham" effect!
I miss them as neighbors, but most of all, as wonderful folks. A glass of wine on their front deck will be something I never forget.

My sincere condolences for your loss, Carol, Suellen and Michael. I have fond memories of your mom and Dad, and the get togethers they had for the family at their lovely home in Corunna. Aunt Mary would always serve something delicious and unusual, "frittata" comes to mind. Uncle Bill would show us his garden, a beautiful collection of plants and a pond. Hello, My sisters sent me this notice about Mary and Bill as they still live near Corunna and I live on Vancouver Island. I want to say that my Mom, Vera O'Dell and Mary were very close friends and when I was young I can recall many times that my Mom would pull into the Abraham's driveway to drop off or pick-up various things. I can remember hearing many nice things that my mother would say about Mary and I think they were best friends. I really miss my mother and I am sure you do as well and I wanted to say farewell to Mary and Bill from the O'Dell Family. Sincerely Steve O'Dell

I have some happy memories of both Mary and Bill. Mary and I were in the same class at P.G.H., where we went through the worst and the best of learning how to be a nurse. Then after we graduated, we had some wonderful reunions. Some of them included our husbands, so we got to know Bill. My husband ,Ross, is in Nursing home with dementia, so I know what you have been going through. I know you will miss them both, but, now they are together again I can't be with you at the service, but my thoughts will be there.

To the Family of Bill and Mary Abraham, I remember Mary when I was just a young girl visiting Aunt Zine and Uncle Frank in Wallaceburg. My father, (Donald Coleman McLean) was Aunt Zine's twin brother. I have lost touch with the family over the years, but will alway's remember Mary, as she was so nice to me as a child. My husband Dave and I are the current owners of Mary and Bill's former home in Corunna. We are trying to restore the gardens to their former beauty. Everytime I am out in the garden I marvel at the love and dedication that went into every inch of it. So many different flowers and plants all planted to reflect each season. I someday hope that I can come close to it's original splendor and to reflect once again Mary and Bill's love of nature.
