As a fellow Bell employee, I had the pleasure of knowing Vince for many years. From the beginning, he had a reputation for being a very skilled and knowledgeable technician. Although we worked in the same building, we were assigned to different staffs, and worked on different pieces of equipment. However, that did not deter us from getting together often during our mutual scheduled relief periods, where we enjoyed discussing political, social and other interests. I found Vince to be a sincere and thoughtful individual, while at the same time possessed of a good sense of humour.
I'm sorry to hear of his passing.
