Obituary of Heinz Slottke

Peacefully surrounded by his family at LHSC-University Campus on Friday, June 6, 2014, Heinz Georg Herbert Slottke of Strathroy, passed away in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Hanna Slottke (Plashke) for 63 years. Loving father of Carol Toth (Gary) of Kerwood and cherished grandfather of Stephen Toth of Ottawa. Predeceased by his son Jack Slottke (1974). Special thank you to Dr. Norman Muirhead and Dr. Faisal Rehman of Nephrology at University Hospital, Dr. Guy DeRose and the vascular team at Victoria Hospital, as well as Parkwood Hospital. In accordance to Heinz's wishes cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will be held in Strathroy Cemetery at a later date.
