Obituary of Murray Waters

After a short courageous battle with sarcoidosis, Murray James Waters of Strathroy, passed away in his 62nd year. Beloved husband of Cheryl (Scrivens) for 31 years. Loving dad of Katelyn Minten (Chris) and Kyle Waters both of Strathroy. Devoted grandpa of Liam Minten. Dear brother of Ross Waters (Cecilia) of B.C and brother-in-law of Nancy Scrivens of London. Proud uncle of Curtis and Alan Waters and Tayler Scrivens. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Velma Waters, his parents-in-law Don and Gloria Scrivens and his brother-in-law Jeff Scrivens. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will also be held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Karen Nelles officiating. Interment to follow. In memory of Murray, donations may be made to the SMGH Foundation or the LHSC critical care trauma centre.
