Obituary of Anneke Doek

Doek, Anneke (Ann) - died peacefully at home on Monday, May 13, 2013. Predeceased by her beloved Husband Gysbert Doek. Loving Mother to Bette Williams, Brenda and Dave Verhey, and Ingrid Doek. Cherished Grandmother to Tara and Jeff Kustermans, Travis Williams, Justin and Courtney Verhey, Jordan Verhey (friend Chanel) and Jessica Verhey. Proud Oma to Emery and Jubilee Verhey, Alexis and Colton Kustermans. Dear Sister of Leo and Cora Duister, Lena Brand, Diane Westgate, Walt Duister, Jenny Flynn and Bert and Marlene Duister. Predeceased by her Parents Leendert and Elizabeth Duister and her Brother Jake Duister. Visitation will be held at Providence United Reformed Church, 447 Second Street, Strathroy on Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. where the Funeral will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Harry Zekveld officiating. Interment will be at the Strathroy cemetery. Luncheon to follow at the church. In memory of Ann, donations may be made to Foster Parent Plan or the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Ann .
