Obituary of Evelyn Crossan

Crossan , Evelyn- Formerly Laker (nee Seed) passed away in her 81st year at LHSC Victoria Hospital on April 26, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Crossan. Loving mother of Shirley Crouse, Sharon (Mark) Feeney, and her 3 predeceased sons LeRoy, Larry and Frederick Laker; children of the late Melvin Laker. Step-mother of Tom (Sheila), Barb (Brian), Gail, Kathleen (Allen), Peggy, Rob (Kathy), and Greg (Mia). Dear sister of the late Mary (Cecil) Keck, the late Rev. Charles (Joyce) Seed (late Renita Seed), and the late Robert (Elizabeth) Seed, sister-in-law of Robert (Dolores) Crossan. Proud grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation at Denning Bros, Funeral Home, Strathroy on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 11 a.m, with Rev. Karen Nelles officiating. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice are welcomed. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Evelyn.
