Obituary of Murray Long

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on December 16, 2003. Murray William Long of Strathroy in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Helen Gertrude Kathleen (Williamson) Long. Loving father of Murray Laverne Long and Linda Mulberger of Arizona, Barb Woolley of Strathroy, Nancy (Willy) Klaver of Strathroy and son-in-law Ross Woolley. Loving grandfather of Michelle and J.R. Woolley of Strathroy and Virginia, Jennifer, Elisha, James and Jake Long of Phoenix, Arizona. Also survived by his brothers Clifford (Jean) Long of Lambeth and Lloyd (Ruth) Long of Oil Springs, sister-in-law Fran (Ernie) Long-Carruthers of Strathroy and several nieces and nephews. Predceased by parents John and Eva Long; brother Earl Long and two infant daughters. Visitation at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday, December 19 from 7-9 PM. A private family service will be held on Saturday with Dr. Brian McKenzie officiating. Interment at Hess Cemetery on Sutherland Road. In lieu of flowers donations to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation of Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
