Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Thursday, March 18, 2004. Grant Steadman Parker of the Township of Strathroy-Caradoc in his 83rd year. Dearly loved by his wife Phyllis (Coupland) Parker. Predeceased by his parents Frank (1953) and Flossie (1936). Loving father of Judy and Mike Olajos of Mt. Brydges and Mike and Sharon Parker of Kerwood. Dear grandfather of Kim Olajos of London and Michael Olajos of Thamesville. Survived by brother-in-law Charles and Grace Coupland and their family in England. Friends may call at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe Street West, Strathroy on Friday March 19 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday March 20 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Darrell Shaule officiating. A legion memorial service under direction of Legion Branch #116, Strathroy will be held in the funeral home Friday at 6:30 p.m. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foudation or Salvation Army, Strathroy would be appreciated by the family.
