Obituary of Margaret Parker

Margaret Anne (Anderson) peacefully, after a brief illness, has gone forward. Born September 7th, 1928, South Dumphries Township. Beloved wife of the late Jack Russell Parker. Loving mother of Larry and Josie Parker, Mary Lynn and Murray Smith, Jack and Patty Parker, Luanne and Richard VanderWal and Peggy and Scott Callaghan. She was extremely proud of her grandchildren Melissa and Stephen Parker, Suzanne, Lyndsay and Andrew Smith, Nathan and Nicole Parker, Jason, Wes and Leailla VanderWal, Caitlin and Sean Callaghan and her great-granddaughter Miranda VanderWal. Predeceased by brother Tom and sadly missed by sisters Marion, Janet, Betty and Carol Lyn. The family will receive friends and relatives at Denning Brothers Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe Street, West, Strathroy on Monday May 3 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the Strathroy United Church Front Street, West Strathroy on Tuesday May 4 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Marjorie Smith officiating assisted by Rev. Charles Seed. Cremation with interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
