Peacefully at home on Friday, November 12, 2004, Reta Glithero (Van Bree) of Strathroy, in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Glithero (1982). Dear mother of Bonnie (Harvey) Bergeron and Mary Ann (Jim) Abrams, both of London and predeceased by two sons Larry (1996) and Bill (2002). Grandmother of Deborah (Steve) Woods of Stratford, Jennie (Paul) Arsenault of Baden, Michael Abrams of London, Sarah Wallace and husband Joe Boutette of Lucan, Laura and Dennis Glithero of Strathroy. Great grandmother of Madeline and Mikayla Woods. Mother-in-law of Theresa Glithero and Monica Glithero, both of Strathroy. Dear daughter of the late Christian and Anna Van Bree. Dear sister of Charles (Sophie) and Daniel, both of New Jersey, Paul (Ruth) of Dutton, Annie (Fred) of St. Thomas, Margaret (Bill) of Killarney MN, Ron of Cornwall and Marco of Lambeth. Sister-in-law of Lorna Van Bree, Grace Glithero, J.C. Miller and Maurice Enright. Missed by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Chris, Joe and David and sisters Mary, Frances, Jennie and Iris. Visitation at the Denning Brothers Funeral Home, Strathroy on Sunday, November 14 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held on Monday, November 15 at 11AM. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation or the VON would be appreciated.
