Obituary of Mearle Wardell

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Monday, April 11, 2005. Mearle Leone (Watson) Wardell of RR5, Strathroy in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Herbert Leslie Wardell (1991). Dear mother of Lloyde Wardell and his wife Irene of Strathroy, Willis Wardell of RR 5, Strathroy and Evan Wardell and his wife Willa of Thorndale. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Sister of Floyd Watson, Isabel McFarlane and Phyllis McIntosh and Willis Baker. Sister-in-law of Leo Wardell and his wife Dorothy and Joe Wardell and his wife Ann. Predeceased by her parents Garfield Watson and Ethel (Watson) Baker, brothers John Watson and Alger Baker and sister Wilma Orr. Friends will be received at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Wednesday, April 13 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 14 at 1:30 PM with Mrs. Thelma Perry officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Strathroy Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
