Obituary of Harmina VanArragon

Peacefully, at Strathmere Lodge God called home his child, Harmina VanArragon-Linde, after a long life of service to her God, her family, her church and her community on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 in her 93rd year. Dearly loved wife of the Late (Gerrit) Willem VanArragon (2004). Dear mom of Jenny and Martin Olderngarm of Kitchener; Geertje and Charles Bamford of San Jose, California; Jerry and MaryAnn Kingma of Strathroy; Gary and Gretchen VanArragon of Guelph; Leo and Cathy VanArragon of Ottawa; Harma Badgley anf Ken Laird of Trenton; Wilma VanArragon and Ralph Linder of Chicago; Wayne Collinson of Mt. Brydges; Mike Parker and Eleanor Thompson of Belleville and Dan Fletcher of Oakville. Cherished oma to 19 grandchildren and their spouses and 18 great-grandchildren. Sister of Ge Linde of the Netherlands. Predeacesed by 10 brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held at Westmount Christian Reformed Church, 405 Drury Lane, Strathroy on Sunday February 11, 2007 from 7-9 p.m and Monday, February 12, 2007 from 1-2:30 p.m. A private family burial will be held on Monday morning with a service of celebration of Harmina's life at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, February 12, 2007 at Westmount Christian Reformed Church. Pastor Fred VanderBerg officiating. As a tribute to Harmina's memory donations may be made to the Christian Blind Mission or the Strathroy Community Christian School.
