Obituary of Christopher Arthur Harvey

Peacefully at Strathmere Lodge on August 29, 2024, Christopher Harvey (Ba, MBa) passed away at the age of 83.

Christopher was the loving husband of Jane Harvey for 57 years. He was the proud father of Amanda (Greg) Kostesku. Cherished Papa of Abbie and Noah Kostesku. Survived by siblings Peter (Marny) Harvey and Maryellen Harvey. Predeceased by parents Arthur and Luana Harvey, and brother Paul Harvey. He will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Christopher worked for Bell Canada for 33 years and retired at the age of 55. He was a member of the Monday Night Bell Golf League for 40 years. Christopher was the president of the Burlington Skating Club for 17 years. He was on the Burlington Classic Image Adult Precision Skating Team.

The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Dr. Philip Vandewalle, Dr. Mary Jenkins at LHSC in London, and Mary Laskey. They would also like to thank the staff at Strathmere Lodge for the exceptional care they provided to Christopher during his stay.

Christopher will be laid to rest at St. Peter’s Cemetery in London, Ontario.
