It is with heavy hearts the family announces the peaceful passing surrounded by his family, on July 31, 2024 in his 86^th year. Beloved husband of the late Lois (Conley) 2002. Loving father of Darrell (Donna), Dale (Angela) and Kim. Proud grandpa of Mathew (Jocelyn), Tyler, Nathan, Lucas, Colin, Mya, and Faith. Survived by his siblings Bill (Willa), Louise (Gary) and Bob (Betty), sister-in-law Barb.

Predeceased by his parents Frank and Daisy Bartholomew, his mother and father-in-law Ruth and Eugene “Jake” Conley and by his siblings Betty (Mac) and Larry.

Fred will be sadly missed by his special friend Janet Diaz and he will always be remembered by his nieces, nephews and his many extended family and friends.

Fred worked for Union Gas for 37 dedicated years. His love for travelling allowed Fred to meet many new friends throughout his life. Fred enjoyed his second home at Ipperwash beach for the past 50 years where many great memories were made.

All are welcome to Fred’s graveside service which will be held on Wednesday, August 7^th, 2024, at 1:00p.m. at Strathroy Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to DENNING’S OF STRATHROY.
