Obituary of Jack Bycraft

Bycraft, John “Jack” 

On July 28^th, 2024 surrounded by his family, passed away at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital. Loving husband of Ruth (Wells) Bycraft for 60 wonderful years. Cherished father of Daryl and Susan-Lorraine. 

Jack was a dear brother to Evelyn Vollick. Jack is survived by his brother-in-law Fred (Eileen) Vollick. Loving Uncle to Debbie (Robert), Tim (Jackie), Chris (Nada). 

Jack is survived by his sister-in-law Marion (late Donald) Courtis. Loving Uncle to Donna (late Monte), Diane (Lee), Ross (Brenda), Ken (Ann), Dennis (Barbara), Louise (Joe), and Gerald. 

Jack was a dedicated member of the Santa Gertrudis Breeders International. He was also a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association. He also enjoyed spending his time at the Middlesex Centre Archives. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 20^th, 2024 from 12:00p.m. until the time of memorial service at 1:00p.m. at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Lung Association of Canada, Canadian Cancer Society or the Royal Canadian Legion.
