Dear Fischtner Families, I had the pleasure of knowing Josephine while being an Administrator at Twin Elm 2010-2018. I knew her as a very caring friendly lady who loved her pets. I don’t think that there was anyone who left her home left without a plate of food or some eggs. I’m sure she will be missed by all who knew her. May she rest in God’s peace.
