Obituary of Dawn Bolduc

Patricia Dawn Bolduc known as Dawn to everyone passed away while staying in Parkwood Institute Palliative Care hospice on January 28, 2024.  Dawn fought long and hard with many health issues over her life and can now be at peace.

Dawn is survived by her father Gerard Bolduc, her sister Lori Bolduc and her brother-in-law James McCarthy, all of Strathroy.  Dawn also had a second family, one of her heart, that includes Cathy Truelove and Dale Sewers from Nova Scotia and HER boys (Cathy and Dawn make quite the team with those 2, oh the stories) Ryan and Kyle Schepens from British Colombia.

Dawn is predeceased by her mother Earlene (Rees) Bolduc of Strathroy, Maternal grandparents Earl and Martha (McAdam) Rees of Alisa Craig as well as her paternal grandparents Clinton and Mary (Kenefick) Bolduc of Holland Center, Ontario.

Dawn always had a love for history and especially family history. She could recognize faces of our large extended family (living or dead) from just about any family photo and tell stories related to the photo or the person.

Dawn was always known to have a smile on her face and time for a quick chat in public while privately working hard to take care of her family and neighbour, the late Wilma Gilles.

Dawn was our special angel who will be missed greatly.

A small family gathering will be held at a later date.
