Obituary of Margaret Eileen Podolinsky

Peacefully, surrounded by her family, after a brief illness with cancer, Margaret Podolinsky (nee Sharina), passed away on August 4, 2023, in her 88^th year.

Cherished mom of Kathy and Gary Van Dinther. Beloved nana of Megan Van Dinther, Mandy Van Dinther and Blake Dew. Predeceased by loving parents John and Magdelena Sharina, sister Anne Matuscin, husband August, and several sisters and Brothers-in-law.

Fondly remembered by brother, Charles Sharina, her nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbours.

Mom enjoyed nature and the outdoors, her farm, going out for coffee and keeping up on local news and politics. What she loved most was being a mom and nana.

Her family wishes to thank Dr. Gary Perkin, Dr. Jim MacLean and the Erie St. Clair Home and Community Care Program for their kind support and care during her illness.

In keeping with Mom’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Her celebration of life and interment will be private.
