I was at the Fentie house all the time after school. I always remember Lola wanting to be part of the action, she was always giggling, and very spunky. I had the privilege of tutoring her after school when she was in 3rd grade. I will always remember the smile she had when she was picking up on her math as the year went on. She will always be remembered as the smart, very feisty little joker of her group. I am thinking of the Fentie’s during this extremely difficult time, I send my sincerest condolences to the family.

We are thinking of you as you celebrate the life of Lola, a young lady with a wonderful spirit, a kind soul and a big heart.

I always considered myself incredibly lucky to have a cousin so close in age with me. Lola was my greatest partner in crime. We could talk each other into almost anything as long as we knew we were sharing the blame. Quite honestly half of our memories together were us either doing something we shouldn’t, or just laughing about the predicaments we got ourselves into. When I think of her I remember the time we couldn’t stop laughing as we came to the horrifying realization that the paint we splattered all over the shower was not coming out with water. And the never ending games of hide and seek she would orchestrate for all of our cousins at the Christmas house. Along with just how incredibly kind, funny and loving she was.

Lola and Tasha were the best of friends, through growing up with both of them I got to know such a beautiful person.
I used to visit the girls in their third period class everyday. Id hug them from behind and talk to them about anything. I’d text her after leaving and wished her luck.

Lola was the sister I never had until I met Quintin. Everything she did and accomplished made me so proud. I will miss the pranks and laughs around the house with her.
