Miller, James “Jim”

It is with great sadness the family of Jim Miller announces his passing on December 8, 2022 at LHSC-Victoria Hospital in his 78^th year. Loving brother to Ruth (the late Herbie) Pleinis. Jim will be missed by his special nephew and niece Rick & Pansy Miller. Cherished companion to Brenda Marlowe for many years. Predeceased by his parents Frances Mae and William E. Miller.

Jim was a great man who will be missed by all who knew him. He loved animals and sports, especially cheering for his beloved Toronto teams the Maple Leafs and Blue jays. Jim drove a transport truck for over 35 years. Driving truck took him to many places in North America, he always enjoyed seeing new sights. In his retirement, Jim became a crossing guard, he loved keeping the children safe and sending them on their way to Prince Charles Public School.

As per Jim’s wishes cremation has taken place. Interment to take place in the spring on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 1:00pm at Maitland Cemetery, Goderich.
