I was very saddened to hear of the news of Nancy's passing. I remember her as the book lady at Attic Books. This is many years ago. No matter how obscure the title, she knew the book, and she usually ended up going straight to the shelf and plucking it for me! A book lover. An animal lover. Rest in Peace Nancy.

My condolences to the family of Nancy, a beautiful spirit and friend. I enjoyed the many walks I had with Casper and later, my visits with Pewter. Both animals are a reflection of Nancy's loving heart, humility, and joyful soul. I will miss her deeply.

The world has lost a wonderful, loving individual and Nancy will be greatly missed. I knew Nancy through the London Regional Cancer Program, working as a Patient Partner and Advisor. She provided wonderful, thoughtful advice and brought positive changes to the LRCP, always with the goal of making the patient experience a better one. Her love of nature and the animal world reflects what a caring individual she was. She always had a positive and hopeful attitude and made our lives richer for knowing her.
My condolences to Nancy’s family and friends.

This tiny bird visited our yard yesterday, an instant reminder of Nancy. It was because of Nancy that we knew what it was, never seeing one, except in one of Nancy’s many beautiful photo’s. We learned so much about the birds in our area from Nancy. We will miss her dearly. We will always remember her kindness and the time she took to stop and say hello on her walks with Casper. Thank you for the wonderful memories Nancy. May you Rest In Peace.

Am going to miss you cuz! ... it has been a privilege and a blessing to have been your cousin, brief as it was!!! Every time I try a new wine or a new beer I think of you and what you would have to say about it! Even though it is not going to be the same without you ... I would have preferred to have you around for a lot longer if I was absolutely honest, but ... I am thankful that your pain and all that crap that goes along with cancer, is over for you! Love you; see you on the other side!

To Nancy's family
Sending condolences to all of you on Nancy's passing. As I read Nancy's obituary her passion had continued in making everything she was involved in better for everyone including the wildlife. When Nancy sat on the Board of Directors for Victim Services of Middlesex - London she was an active member where her quiet and reserved opinion and concerns were passionate in her words about making it better for those clients we still serve today. Nancy will be missed. Thinking of all of you at this difficult time.

Nan found Max’s (black lab) story online. He had a hard start to life. Casper (golden retriever) was so full of life, Nan thought he could teach Max that life was good. So she contacted the people that had Max and we adopted him. Max went from a terrified puppy to being a happy confident dog in months. Nan gave him a great life. Max turned out to be an amazing dog. I can’t count the number of animals Nan saved, but Max was a special one for us.
I miss you Nan. We all do.
