Obituary of John Rondelez

Johan “John” Rondelez in his 82^nd year, September 8th, 1940 to March 7th, 2022. Born in Belgium. Loving husband of Patricia Marie Kilby for 54 years. Proud father of Johan (Sylvia), Martin (Tracy), Maurice (Kerri), Annette, Peter, and daughter-in-law Gina Santos. Loving grampa to his darling grandchildren Nicole, Isabella, Katrina, Gabriella, Garin, and Lukas. Brother to Jerome (Madeline), Maria (Josef), and Rose Marie (Joris). Brother-in-law to Larry (Wanda), Marilyn (Clare), Dianne, Barbara (Gary), Wayne (Nok), Janice (Massey), Brian (Donna), Gail (Tim), Carol Anne (Carl). John will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

John was a lifelong entrepreneur. He was a hard worker and always created his own path. John never gave up. His determination was one of his most honourable traits. John was loved by not only his family, but his customers and community as well.

Tradition was very important to John. One of his most special traditions was giving everyone who left his home a blessing with a cross on their forehead. No one left without it, and everyone loved to receive it.

Visitation will take place at Denning's of Strathroy on Friday March 11th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday March 12th at 11:00am at All Saints Roman Catholic Church with interment to follow.
