Obituary of Maria Rosario Pereira

Pereira, Maria “Rosarinha” 

It is with profound sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Maria Rosarinha Pereira on March 1^st, 2022 in the comfort of her home, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Manuel Pereira (2006). Loving mother of John Pereira (Russene) and Joe Pereira (Liset). Cherished Vovo of Johnny Pereira and the late Joshua Ryan Pereira (2020). Predeceased by her brother Joe Damota and her sister Maria Espirito Santo.

Maria will be sadly missed and always remembered by her goddaughter Josie Damota Azevedo (late Luis), her extended family and her many friends. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 4^th, 2022 from 6:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 5^th, 2022 at 1:00p.m. at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Strathroy. The services will be livestreamed and recorded onto the tribute page. Interment to follow at All Saint Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of choice. Online condolences and donations may be left at www.strathroyfuneralhome.com.
