Mann, Ross “Reese”

It is with great sadness, the family of Ross “Reese” William Mann announces his peaceful passing at University Hospital on Tuesday June 15, 2021, at the age of 70. He was the beloved soulmate of Donna (nee Carroll) for 50 amazing years. He was the hero, warrior, and father to Terri-Lynn (Kevin) Petrie, Tammy (Dino) Mann and Mary Anne (Wes) Pickles. Adored grandpa/papa to Austin, Samantha, Nikolas (Brant), Courtney, Destiny (Thomas) and Connor. Great grandpa to Xavier and Aurora. Ross is survived by his mother Rose, brother Ralph (Kathy), mother-in-law Eleanor Carroll/Carruthers, brothers-in-law Ron Carroll (Marlene) and Ray (Judy) Carroll. Ross with be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. Predeceased by his father Ted (Edward) and brother Thomas.

Our dad loved with his whole heart and was a truly selfless man who taught each of us how to respect, love and honour those around us. He placed his trust in the Lord and Saviour. We know that he is alongside Him smiling down on us all, celebrating his home coming.

We would like to thank all the staff on the Critical Care ICU Unit at L.H.S.C – University Hospital, London for the amazing care that was provided to him. A special thank you to Pastor Allan Self of Bethel Baptist Church, who was right there at the end, to guide Ross on his journey home.

In keeping with Ross’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will take place at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY, with a celebration of life at a later date.
