My Grandpa was a great man and will forever live on in our hearts and memories! I am so very thankful for all of the time we had with him. He was always so calm, kind, happy, and wise. I will forever cherish the memories of us growing up and playing games, going for walks, and learning how to pick and eat corn properly for the best taste! Also every time I see a penny or Rummoli I am reminded of our fun summers together. Thank you Grandpa for everything and we will miss you. I love you!

My Grandfather was one of the most precious people in my life. He was full of laughter and joy and kindness. He never passed judgment and was so full of understanding. I will forever carry with me fond memories of summers in Ontario, visits that we had out west and this past visit out to England. He was always ready to get right on the ground to play with his great grandchildren and continued to pass on those beautiful memories with even more generations. I will forever carry his laughter in my heart and hope that he is at peace. I love you Grandpa and will miss you greatly. Thank you for everything.

I only had the good fortune of meeting John a few years ago. What I was impressed by was his wicked sense of humour and his calmness. He was quick with a smile and always found a way to add humour to a situation. He sent me many, many jokes, all of which helped to make my day better. Thank you John for your great spirit and for the short time I was blessed to know you...RIP.

DON MULCAHY Posted Apr 27, 2021 at 7:24 AM
From Don & Iris Mulcahy: April 27th. We have known John for 13 years, having met hm and Pat at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. He was never without a smile, a sociable comment, and a logical viewpoint on most subjects. We loved dining out with them, as we all shared the love of good food and wine. We will miss his buoyant presence, and we offer our heartfelt condolences to Pat and the family at this tragic time.
