It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Bruce Garnet McLean on March 13^th, 2021 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Frances Kathleen (Elliott) of 67 cherished years. Father of Randy McLean (Sandra Tadgell) and Rob McLean. Grandfather of Scott (Jenn) McLean, Heather (Mark) Shebrek and Bryan McLean (Kristin Gough). Great-grandfather of Nicole and Ashlyn Shebrek, Sophia and Jacob McLean, and Deakin McLean. Bruce is survived by his twin sister Betty Black. Predeceased by his parents John and Edna McLean and his siblings Roy (Eva) McLean, Jean (George) Moore, Ronald (Rose) McLean, Alma (Charles) Locke.

Bruce was a dedicated Shriner and Mason. Bruce joined the Dufferin Lodge #364, Melbourne in 1957, Master in 1964, District Deputy in St. Thomas District, 1966. Since 1940 the McLean family has had 7 Past Masters in Dufferin Lodge #364. He received his 32°, 1967 and joined Mocha Shriners in 1977, Mocha Jeepsters, Classic cars, and Strathocha Shrine Club. Bruce was elected to Divan in 1986 and Potenate in 1992. He was also a Past Charter Member of Glencoe District Lions Club.
