It is with heavy hearts the family of Peter Vanderydt announces his peaceful passing on March 7^th, 2021. Beloved father of Jaime (Andy) Moniz, Shaun Vanderydt, Sandy (Dwayne) Glanville. Cherished grandpa and papa of Tyson, Desiree, Allison, Cassandra, Hayden, Carson, Vance, Cadence, and Carter. Survived by his siblings Ted (Mary) Vanderydt, Nell (Maurice) Pilon, Tina (Harry) Verhoeven, Bill (Pat) Vanderydt, Jerry (Helen) Vanderydt, Martin (Mary) Vanderydt, John (Joanne) Vanderydt, Mary (Tony) Peters, and Tony Vanderydt. Predeceased by his parents Martinus (2005) and Johanna (1994) Vanderydt and his sister Lena (2012) and Hank (2008) Zyp. Peter will be sadly missed and remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Peter was a man of few words but always truly enjoyed the company of his family and friends playing cards and drinking beers. 

As per Peters’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to DENNING’S OF STRATHROY.
