I had several encounters in town with this boy named Jamie. Every single time he appeared either bi-polar or schizophrenic. He was always angry at people and lashed out dramatically and without reason to strangers including myself. I found out who he was after speaking to Police after he tried to assault me one day at a public park in Strathroy. Prayers are in order for this boys soul.
