Obituary of Christine Ann Mantik

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Christine Ann Mantik (nee Hyatt) on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at the age of 51. Left to mourn are her husband Rick Mantik, her son Rhett Mantik, her mother Frances Hyatt, siblings Mary Lou (Brian) Rutherford and Jay (Heather) Hyatt. Survived by her mother-in-law Barb Frost, best friend Rhondette McGee and her nieces Piper and Quinn. Chrissie will be fondly remembered by her extended family and many special friends. Predeceased by her father Keith Hyatt.

The family would like to thank the staff at L.H.S.C.- Multi-Organ Transplant Unit for all the compassion and exceptional care shown to Chrissie. She fought an unbelievable fight.
