Jerry lived with our family when I was growing up. In fact I don’t recall him arriving, to me he was just always there. I remember him in the barn doing chores, building sheds, and sidewalks. He built a much appreciated doghouse for my dog Wagger and a sandbox for me. On summer nights he drove my siblings and I to the lake for a swim or to the Camlachie Roller Rink for a skate. I spent many hours on a tractor along side him working land. Whenever he went to visit his parents he’d take me along so I could play with Penny. I am sorry to hear of his passing.

I relied on my brother-in-law, Jerry, countless times over the last many years. Jerry had tools, a workshop with saws and grinders, and a pickup, none of which I have ever owned. So, there were tools to be sharpened and some to be borrowed, wood to be cut, many patch jobs and repairs to countless things, and trips to the dump to get rid of large items. I would call Jerry, and he always said, “Come on over,” and we would and Jerry would solve the problem before we left.
He will be missed for these and lots of other reasons.

I am sorry to hear about Jerry's passing. When we both were younger I was lucky to be able to spend time with him and we had a lot of fun and did some things that we shouldn't have, but never got caught. Please know Ann and I are thinking of the family.
