What a patient man your father was with a very young and wannabe gravel guy!! I have nothing but the greatest respect for Karl , and am so grateful for the calm and sincere talks he shared with me. Many nights I would call ‘Jerky’ and talk till I am sure , he just wanted to hang up!! I have tried to carry a lot of what I learned from your Dad with me as time went on, and hope Karl would have approved. I regret , as often we do, that I have not caught up with a good friend, just to say thanks.
Please know how sorry I am to hear of his passing, makes me realize how quickly time gets away from us. Our condolences, to all this wonderful man’s family, I know he will be missed so much.
