I'm so sad for all of you - Uncle Martin was such a kind and great man. He was always interested in what you were doing and he'd ask thoughtful questions. It's difficult to believe that Martin is no longer with us and impossible for us to understand your many emotions at this time.
We remember well getting to know you and Martin through Dinner for Eight many many years ago and It has always been a pleasure to see the two of you at church.

We are so sorry for your loss.
We have very fond memories of Martin.
When we moved to canada in 1996 he was our bookkeeper.
He spoke dutch, which was very helpful.
His family was even from Roden, where we lived close to.
He had a great sense of humor, and was always there for us.
