Obituary of Lloyd Morrow

MORROW: James “Lloyd” Passed peacefully at Country Terrace, Komoka, on Thursday, March 26th, 2020, to adventure on with Doreen (January 12th, 2019) his wife of 71 years. Left to mourn are his children Larry and Teena; Rick and Patrice; Nancy and Bruce; David and Claudia and Russell. Lloyd leaves 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Lloyd was the oldest son in a family of nine children. He left home to build the Alaskan Highway before starting as a mechanic at the Department of Highways. He worked his way up to become the equipment supervisor in Cochrane, New Liskeard and Downsview. Lloyd loved to travel and adventure to new places. In keeping with Lloyd’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Country Terrace Nursing Home.
