Obituary of Edward Bennett

Passed away, peacefully on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital at the age of 74. Loving husband of Martha Bennett (nee Banfield) for 33 years. Beloved father of Jennifer (Joe) Kormendi and proud Papa of grandchildren Jordyn Rose and Jillian Lee Kormendi. Forever remembered by brother and sister in law Scott and Marie Banfield and Michael and Alane Banfield and father in law Frank Banfield of Dartmouth Nova Scotia. At Edward's request cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy, on Monday, November 2nd from 2:00pm to 3:30 pm. A private family memorial service will take place following visitation with Major Roxzena Hayden officiating. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Edward.
