Obituary of J. Richardson

Peacefully, after a hard fought battle with cancer. At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital ,on Sunday November 29, 2009. J. Septimus (Sep) Richardson of Strathroy in his 66th year. Beloved husband and best friend for 44 years of Pat Richardson (Wardell) of Strathroy and dear father of Kelly (Mark) Matthews of E. China Twp., Michigan and Stacey Richardson of Edmonton and her friend Derek Zirk. Sep is survived by his brothers Ray Richardson (Elaine) of Grand Bend, Basil Richardson (Venita) of Sarnia, Roland Richardson (Shirley) of Strathroy and his "Little Brother" Larry Richardson (Pat) of Kingston and also survived by his sisters in law Inez and Betty Richardson, brother in and sister in law Bill Wardell (Thelma) and Marion Heckman all of Strathroy and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Shirley (Benedict) Richardson and his brothers Tom (Rose), Donald (Chub) and Mac Richardson. Visitation will be held at DENNING BROS. FUNERAL HOME, STRATHROY on Tuesday December 1, 2009 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service to be held at the funeral home on Wednesday December 2, 2009 at 11:00 am, with Rev. Julia Sinclair officiating. Interment, to follow at Strathroy Cemetery. A Masonic Memorial service under the direction of Beaver Lodge #83 AF&AM Strathroy will held at the funeral home at 6:30 pm Tuesday. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Sep.
