Obituary of Petronella Joris

Peacefully, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, on Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Petronella (Nelly) Joris (nee Van Heughten) of Strathroy in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Frank Joris (1991). Loving mother of Gerdie and Tony Aarts, Tiny (Harry) Vanden Broek, Toni Joris, Anthony and Cathy Joris, Mientje Joris, Fred Joris, Frank Joris, Mary and Keith Manders, Susie VanderRydt and Harry Joris. Also survived by her 41 grandchildren, 64 great grandchildren, her daughter-in-law Mary Joris Verhoeven and son-in-law Ted Bosch. Predeceased by her son Rien and daughter Annie. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Sunday, April 4 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church on Monday, April 5 at 11AM with Fr. Lucio Couto officiating. Interment in All Saints Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
