Obituary of Rosa Rodrigues

Peacefully on Friday, April 23, 2010 at Strathroy Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Rosa Maria Rodrigues (Gomes) of Strathroy in her 56th year. Beloved wife of Manuel. Loving mother of Paula (Jose) Carvalho, Denny (Holly) Rodrigues and Diana (Eusebio) Moniz and grandmother of Edmundo, Mateo, Martina, Lukas and Tiago. Dear daughter of Ana De Jesus and sister of Manuel (Maria da Conçeição) Gomes. Also survived by her sister-in-law Fatima (Tony) Campos and their son Helder, niece Nancy Brown, nephew Manny Silva and many relatives in Portugal and good friends in Strathroy. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Monday, April 26 from 5-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Strathroy will be held on Tuesday, April 27 at 11 AM with Fr. Lucio Couto officiating. Interment in All Saints Cemetery.
