Obituary of Lyle Mills

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Wednesday February 2, 2011. Edward Lyle Mills of Strathroy and formerly North Ekfrid in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Ruth (Gibson) Mills. Loving father of Randy Mills (Janice) of London and Candace Goudy (Ian) of Ilderton. Grandchildren Nicole Habib (Martin) of Strathroy , Stephen Mills of Glencoe, Matthew Mills of London, John Goudy (Becky) of Ilderton, Deborah Goudy of Cambridge, and Jennifer Goudy of London as well 8 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Daisy Campbell of Listowel, Evan Mills (Helen) of Mt Brydges, Elaine Shanks (Bob) of Wheatley, Ellison Mills (Jean) of Tillsonburg and Edison Mills (Ann) of Nova Scotia. Brother-in-law of Bruce Gibson (Shirley) of Melbourne. Predeceased by his sister Marjorie McLean. Lyle will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday from 5-8 p.m as well as from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday. The Funeral Service will held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Richard Golden officiating. Interment to follow in Appin Cemetery. Donations in memory of Lyle may be made to the North Ekfrid United Church or Charity of Choice.
