On Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital surrounded by his family in his 72nd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Jackie. Son of the late Domenick and Katherin Porpealia. Father of Amy Armstrong (late Jeff) of BC and Brian (friend Michelle) of Scarborough. Special stepfather of Darlene (Wayne) Lortie of Sault Ste. Marie and John Berry of Timmins. Grandfather of Jennifer Simpson (Shane), A.J. Massicotte, Kyle Massicotte, Crystal Berry, Jessica Berry and Josh Berry Timmins. Great Grandfather of Brandon and Tori Lynn Simpson and Gracie Massicotte. Brother of Frank Porpealia of Sault Ste. Marie and Uncle to Mark, Debbie, Barbra and David. Special friend of Kevin Nirkkola. Friends will be received at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy, on Tuesday, June 19th from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Raymon.
