Obituary of John Carter

Peacefully on Monday, July 2, 2012 with family by his side, John Gordon Carter of Parkhill passed away, at 74 years old. Beloved husband of Eleanor (Watret) for 48 years. Loving father of Wayne (Lisa), Clarence (Tamara) and Carolyn (Perry). Proud grandfather of Anthony, Justin, Sarah (Dylan), Brooke, Jennifer, Maranda, April Mae and Jackson. Great grandpa of Harmony. Predeceased by his brother Murray (2010). Visitation will be held at T. Stephenson & Son Funeral Home, Ailsa Craig on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Mark Isaac officiating. Interment to follow in Parkhill Cemetery. In memory of John, donations may be made to the Parkinson Society Canada or charity of choice.
