Obituary of Russell Dunham

Peacefully on July 8, 2005 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital. T. M. Russell Dunham in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Jean Houghton (2000). Loving father of Lynne and Glenn Stott, Heather and Jamie Robson, and the late Keith Dunham (1993). Much loved "Poppa" of Greg Stott, Brad and Angela Stott, Janine and Josh Redquest, and Paula Stott, Chris, Tim, and Adam Robson and Brittany Bender. Proud great-grandfather of Evan Stott. Missed by sister Cecile Harrison. Predeceased by his parents Colonel Dunham (1962) and Lorena McChesney (1951), his sister Ethel Fisher (1994), and grandson Jeffery Stott (1976). Russell grew up on the farm in Arkona and then worked for many years at Wendell Holmes' Bookshop in London. He and Jean were members of Dundas Centre United Church, London and made their home near Komoka. They traveled extensively and enjoyed gardening. Their family and their many friends were a special part of their lives. In lieu of flowers, donations to Dundas Centre United Church or Strathroy Hospital would be gratefully appreciated by the family. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 13 at 2 PM at Dundas Centre United Church (Dundas at Maitland) with Rev. Catherine Tovell officiating.
